Training Leaders International (TLI) is a non-profit ministry founded in 2009 that strengthens global churches by providing theological education to pastors and leaders who lack formal training. One of our major projects was the theological course translation of 13 complete courses for TLI into 16 languages. Each course included over 150 pages of content.
This required a meticulous process—from translating complex theological nuances to typesetting the documents into an easy-to-read format for Bible students. For each language, we assembled a dedicated team of a translator, editor, theological reviewer, and InDesign typesetter. In total, 52 specialists coordinated with a project manager to bring this vision to life.
Our work provided TLI with a scalable framework to equip global pastors with solid, biblical instruction. Today, hundreds of pastors and Bible students are trained daily through our translations, making an enduring impact on God’s Kingdom.
